Where are we, and how did we get here. Presumably, these questions underlie all major dogmatic religions, and it seems like nobody really knows. Extreme wealth and terror have been perpetrated because of various unfounded beliefs, and the notion that nobody really knows what we’re doing here on earth — or where earth even is in any kind of absolute sense — seems quite incidental.
While yes, it is a colossal undertaking, the goal here is to organize known facts as well as possible, using Wikipedia as a primary source and also identifying the foundational facts that are accepted as fact but seem dicey.
Like with a circle, it is hard to determine where to begin and which details warrant inclusion. As such, let’s start at the beginning and let’s try to be sufficiently detailed to advance.
